「The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Also the waiters were so nice and friendly. We felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was right in the center of Playa del Carmen and just a few footsteps to the clubs and bars but still very quite so that we could sleep very well. The tours to Chichen Itza and Tulum we have booked at La Tortuga hotel were cheaper than at other hotels :-) and the included buffet was great. We can highly recommend this...

「My husband and I stayed in a tropical view swim out room and it was worth the upgrade! The pool was very private, had a peek of ocean view and was perfect for relaxing. The room and bathroom were spacious with lots of storage. The mini bar was well stocked and we did get room service one day and it was quick and tasty. I found the bed really comfortable and you had the option to change pillows etc through their housekeeping app. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing (however it was confusing...
