「We went to the Riviera restaurant twice and Alejandro Luis, and Jazmin were phenomenal when it came to their customer service! The second time we went we didn’t have a reservation but Jazmin took really good care of us and was able to accommodate our unplanned dinner. Alejandro and Luis were our waiters and they were amazing! Definitely recommend Sandos for families traveling with little ones. We will forsure be back! 」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
