"We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!"

"Great location! Close to town and Cozumel ferry yet quiet and relaxing. The whole community has 24 hr. guarded entry so it was very safe and quiet for walking to town. We especially loved the local wild life when walking. The amenities were great. Onsite dining, poolside bar, bicycles, daily activities with hosts, other water and sports equipment, and really helpful and friendly staff. The establishment was clean, well built, pretty and comfortable. I could say the same about all of Playa....

"Stayed here 5 nights with my husband. Great places to stay, was clean, basic kitchen set up for cooking and location Location location right off 5th Ave, Starbucks, pharmacy, Oxxo and restaurants with in steps of condo. The only downside was that the mattress was a little to firm for my liking and there is no balcony or anywhere to hang dry wet clothes. I also didn't ask if there was a rack available so maybe there was one? I would definitely stay here again."

"We needed to add a night to our stay due to hurricane coming in & needing I change our flight. It was a smooth process & they were always readily available to answer questions. Very kind & helpful. The location was great & we loved the pool bartender Patricia. Only issue, which didn’t ruin the stay, was the washing machine wouldn’t spin & drain so no laundry got done. The chairs in the balcony were mainly broken so only a couple are able to be used. Overall it was great and I would come back"
