「This resort is magical. It really has something for everyone. We enjoyed onsite Mayan Ruins, snorkeled in a Cenote outside our room, pools, waterpark, rescue animals, wild animals like monkeys, coatis, and cats wandering in front of you, and top it off with all inclusive food and drinks! 「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems.
