Did not come to a vacation resort to have to get up at 4:00 am to go and block pool seating for the day with my towels. - Your website should not advertise amenities that are not available...

"This place was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. They were constantly cleaning. I couldn’t find one spot that was dirty! And their customer service was amazing I felt like royalty here."

"Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. Everything was fresh. Daniel was very friendly and wonderful to talk with. The last nights he made us drinks. As good of a margarita as I have had on the island. Overall a great place. "

"The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. The pool and pool area was nice. However, they were building a new stairway and the little time we wanted to use the pool the worker was too noisy...

"Our stay at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun was amazing! The service was excellent. All members of staff were great specially Luz Adriana from guest services who helped us before and during our stay. "All around it was a good experience I like the resort the staff was friendly and kind. Shout out to Carlos in the breakfast section my server the food was always good despite the reviews. Nicholas clean my room every day but most time he didn’t leave enough towels but the room looks clean . Note for housekeeping the showers need to be scrubbed especially in the grout and the weave my was dirty room 9203. Not a bad experience will stay again. "

"Resort was 4/5. There are 4 wings of rooms: Daisy(family side, closest to lobby), El Beso(adults only), Privilege, and Eden(closest to the ocean). I think with Privilege you have access to all the pools. Adults only you have to all except Privilege. And Daisy and Eden you only have access to both pools. One thing I noticed was a lot of the El Beso & Privilege patrons were at our Eden pool. They said it was a better vibe and more fun for them. There are a lot of restaurant options. There is one beach front with a pool also. Sports bar turns into a disco after 10pm, very fun. The whole resort, front lobby to beach, is around a 10 min-ish walk, but then also have drivable transport available all day. Pool side bars are open from 10am-6pm, pool open til 8pm. Me and my wife are already planning to come back to this resort! Definitely recommend."

"The facilities and the stay was wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. I only wish the food options were a little better. They took allergy notes when entering but not much was done on the buffet end to ensure that allergies were being accommodated "
