“The manager Norman was very helpful when I needed assistance with a prepaid charge after our stay. My daughter have a service dog that I had prepaid for just in case we would have any issues with their accepting pets upon arrival. I was told the charge would be waived but when it went through the next day, he promptly refunded it and was so kind throughout the process. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. ”

“I would stay again, although the staff at the front desk aren't the friendliest, probably because it was Inauguration time for President Trump. But I do want to give a shout out to the tall Asian Man who I think works in the kitchen, he was super friendly and really catered to us. He was great 😃”

“Cozy little hotel close to DC. 6 minutes to the metro station, 23 minute train ride to DC. Warm and really clean. Over priced but I’m sure it was because of the inauguration. $250 a night for a $125 a night hotel but it was the cheapest around. Super friendly staff that kept everything salted during the snow, ice and freezing temps. Will stay there again. ”
