“Loved the location and property was pretty, modern, clean and easy parking. Gym was great, but pool was not clean so could not use. Full Kitchen was great to have and mostly stocked. My cons are not many. For the money it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and more than one kitchen trash bag. Last was poor communication when I wanted to extend my stay, tried through call, text and email and was able to get any response.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this rental. Good neighborhood, close to everything including a coffee shop and restaurants. Lots of upgrades throughout. Clean sheets and bedding. Stain-free couch! Plenty of parking. Much better staying in a place like this versus a hotel. Could not figure out the television, but other than that it was very nice. Owners have put a lot of work into it.”

“My gf and dog and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding trip. What a beautiful place to stay, lovely back yard and neighborhood! The place was very clean and just as the pictures showed . Unfortunately our rental car was dead on the morning we were due to checkout, but our host was so understanding and let us wait comfortably for the tow truck. 10/10 would reccomend”

“We were greeted wonderfully by the manager. He was very helpful with places to go for lunch in the area & how to get there. The most pleasant ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were great! Very clean & comfortable. Only problem experienced was the guests above us knocking around & playing their tv loud well after 10 p.m.”

“This was a great place for our family to stay for the weekend! Close and convenient to a downtown that has all the essentials you need, and within easy walking distance of a grocery store. The apartment is decorated well and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! We would love to stay here again if we’re ever in the area!”

“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of……

“The apartment building was very nice, easy to access the garage gates and elevators thru the App. The door lock was a bit tricky but no big deal. The place looked exactly like the pictures on line which is always a plus, however there wasn't a little "Welcome Packet" with instructions on how to operate the TV, the washer & dryer, or the thermostat. Which could've included the local, walkable restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also could've used more bath towels, so we didn't have to do……

“My wife and I found the rental very well equipped and very clean and cozy. The artwork within the rental was way beyond standard and tasteful. The one bedroom with the single window had room darkening cellular shade and made it very dark which is great for a solid night sleep. I do wish it was a queen bed instead of a full size, but we managed. The tv selection for entertainment was good and better than most. Overall, highly recommended. La our guest was very kind and recommended different……

“Great location right at the beach - right at the end of the boardwalk! Property is older but the studio was really clean and had everything we needed. It was pretty small but large enough for the 2 of us. Queen bed was very comfortable. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Very quiet complex. ”
