「Good place to stay for one night」

「This hotel is so chic and youthful. I did not feel uncomfortable or under dressed although I was in jeans and flip flops. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms are cute and staff extremely helpful and friendly.」

「Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.」

「Bel établissement idéalement situé à Santa Monica, 10 min à pieds de la jetée, devant la station de rail train, à 100m de la sortie de voie rapide, et disposant d'un service valet sur place pour la voiture (55$ par jour). L'accueil de Matt est parfait, bonnes explications, et arrangeant pour le check-out. Petit-déjeuner copieux, à l'américaine. Piscine très agréable, salle de sport, laverie ... très bon séjour !」

「1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W...
