「This hotel is pretty good for me！」

「Unbeatable location for the trade show but dated furnishings. The air conditioner duct is pretty dusty and I wish there’s a lower fan speed for sleep. The sound insulation could be improved from hallways. On the plus side, the mattress is pretty good, firm and supportive. 」

「Hotel itself was pretty decent and was about a 15 min walk to the parks. Pillows probably need to be replaced as they were really flat for us. Also, check in process is kind of slow but other then that decent customer service. I would stay here again.」

「I love my stay here, it’s very clean and updated. For an affordable price, the parking is free and free buffet breakfast too, very convenient to go to Disneyland and to the Angels baseball stadium. Definitely I will come back. 」

「Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( 」

「Quick trip to Disney and this was a great choice. Room was nice and clean. They had the perfect breakfast before you hit the park! The tram to Disney stops right in front. Aside from the T-Rex that stayed up stairs, I can’t complain. We will be staying here again. 」

「As with many of the other reviews this hotel needs minor bathroom upgrades. Toilets that flush with one flush and temperature compensating shower valves. The shower never got scalding but close enough to have me ready to jump out. Okay for adults but not too cool for children. Other than that, can’t say enough about how great the staff were. 」

「When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! 」
