「Good place to stay for one night」

「This hotel is so chic and youthful. I did not feel uncomfortable or under dressed although I was in jeans and flip flops. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms are cute and staff extremely helpful and friendly.」

「Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.」

「Lovely hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and waiting lady who was friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and no maid came so coffee etc wasn’t replenished. Great access to transport and pier 」

「The staff was very helpful in providing information and always willing to help with obtaining transportation and arranging outings for us. Food and service at the Fig was excellent. Our room was a deluxe premium facing the ocean was nice but very small. We were bumping into each other at times.」

「The breakfast is very poor, almost no choice. even boiled eggs are frozen from fridge. I have to warm it by hot water. only coffee and a little bread. it seems no fresh and warm stuff for morning. 」

「1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W...
