「This hotel is so chic and youthful. I did not feel uncomfortable or under dressed although I was in jeans and flip flops. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms are cute and staff extremely helpful and friendly.」

「This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.」

「Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.」

「The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We were hopping from another hotel when we began our stay, and they were able to hold our luggage prior to check-in so we could look around town unencumbered. They also extended this offer after our check-out. It was a very pleasant stay 」
