"Amazing hotel. Room was nice and clean. Service was quick, friendly receptionists and other staff members. Breakfast buffet was good but it could be better - more variety. You can ask one of the staff members in the breakfast room if you want something from the kitchen - requested pancakes and they were delightful."

"Location was fabulous, right next to the Tower Bridge. The views of the bridge & water were incredible! Lots of great restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a little convenience store in the lobby and a Starbu."

"This hotel was/is absolutely beautiful. The location was excellent, walking distance to palace, train station and a lot of other places. It was safe all around and we walked at night. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I would also recommend to reserve tea room which is conveniently located inside the hotel and you don’t need to reserve it anywhere else. The tea experience was excellent. "
