"A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!"

"This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle.
