the property boasts extremely small rooms. we had to request new rooms as soon as we arrived. they are not designed for two people. there is no closet space, no shelves, no ledges. the bathrooms are tiny and there is no shelf space in them. if you are there for more than a night this is not the place to stay.

Really lovely staff made the big difference, very happy to help you, efficient booking in and booking out. Love the restaurant in the evening overlooking the London skyline, food was excellent. Breakfast was a bit meh, and would recommend going to somewhere more tasty nearby. The room was just what you need, small but not cramped, perfect for just sleeping, the only addition I would suggest would be a bottle of water as it’s so warm.. Cannot say enough about the staff they were really nice.

The property is located in a very central area within walking distance of many attractions. However, the room itself is small and the balcony not much use without any outdoor furniture. Overall, the cost is more affordable than other hotels, and would recommend if this is an important factor.

Property was great as only a few minutes walk from theatres and other things we wished to do. Staff were polite and attentive, and greeted us on each passing. Minor issue which might only be room 305 was the buzzing noise soon after 7am. Great place to stay though, being so central and close to Leicester Sq and Whitehell among many other things

The location & staff were excellent. The room & bathroom was very clean, quiet & black out blinds were excellent. The mattress & pillows were hard. The bed was very narrow so we didn’t sleep well. Missed having a tv or radio to get the news

This modern hotel is in a great location for a tourist. Clean rooms and a staff that was always helpful. However, the simplistic approach may have gone too far. No chair, table, TV or room phone. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. If your under thirty and live on the internet, you will like it.

The bedsheets had hair and blood stains, carpet was dirty and very small room despite upgrading it to a suite. Had a nice city view but the stay was uncomfortable and hotel in general was not clean to standard.

Great and convenient location which is the only reason I would stay in this hotel as it has no amenities, but only one bed and one nightstand. There is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, no toiletries, no TV no chair or desk it is extremely basic and dark.
