"Great location. Refurbished rooms are very well designed, comfortable and spacious. Bit let down by some small maintenance issues (luke warm water and aircon not working). Really like the look and feel of the club lounge - a nice place to work and/or relax. Attentive and efficient service on check-in."

"We have stayed at Club Quarters City many times but this was the first time since the hotels 2024 refurbishment was completed. The refurbishment is excellent....... both in design and execution. Staff (as always) were most helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We spent 8 nights at the President Hotel while we were in London. We had a wonderful time exploring, using the tube to get around to see the sights and shopping, it was very centrally located. We always felt safe and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were all outstanding! The hotel was updated and clean. We’d stay here again for sure. "
