The staff is really rude and not helpful. The food is terrible. The are very limited choices in the buffet and it seems they just remix dinner and serve it for breakfast and lunch. It's very dark on the pathways to the rooms at night. We had to move rooms bc the AC didn't work and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. I would not stay at this resort again.

Fridge and phone didn't work when we got there. Top bunk of bunk bed rail was broken and they just came and removed it on day two of a seven night trip and never came back to repair it. So my 11 year old slept up there with no railing just hoping he didn't roll off.

I really wanted to like this property. I’ve been to other resorts before, and there was a lot of inconveniences that occurred with this trip. My room was supposed to be ready the night before because my flight delayed one day. However, my bathroom was not cleaned, neither was the fridge, and the floor was dusty with sand. They had an entire extra day and my space was still unclean when I was supposed to be there the day before. The food was OK, not super ecstatic about it. The grand hall was the one place I really liked and the steakhouse. I left a very valuable item in my room, that I know for sure. However, management refuses to respond. The customer service email is pointless because no one responded. Trying to reach the front desk is a hassle and after two weeks of consistently trying to reach them. They told me it was not in the room, when I know, I left it on top of the bed because I made the bed before I left. I don’t understand why they just refuse to let me know that the item is there other than the fact that I am a foreign traveler, and they didn’t want to deal with shipping the item out to me even when it’s at my expense. Overall, probably would not pick this property again. I was only here for a wedding and it was not my choice.

The rooms need a drastic remodel. There aren’t enough electrical outlets, the shower is outdated and the rooms are not very quiet. The overall resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rueben at check in was amazing and welcoming. So friendly and fun.

Es un hotel antiguo con muchas habitaciones en mal estado de mantenimiento. Los restaurantes muy malos en muy mal estado los aue estan cerca de la recepción. La atencion mala, tuvimos el aire acondicionado roto con agua en la habitacion todo el dia y nadie lo reparó. El hotel no es lo que muestran las fotos.
