「The Reef is an eco hotel which means to me less luxury than others because they are trying to use more sustainable practices- and while I appreciate that, there is a trade off. The staff was friendly, but they are very pushy about the vacation club presentation. While the hotel was overall clean they did not change the sheets while we were there- a week long stay. The mattresses are EXTREMELY firm and the pillows thin so lack support, very uncomfortable in our opinion. Also the walls/floors lack...

「We were in bungalow, it was beautiful spacious well furnished. The ambiance is lovely because of the incredible garden, which feels like a tropical jungle all around. The pool was great as well. Staff for so friendly and pleasant. And then you can’t beat the location right in the heart of the commercial area, but still feels secluded and quiet. Looking forward to going back.」
