「We loved our weeklong stay here. The rainforest vibe and secluded pools and waterfalls were just the atmosphere we wanted, and the location away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was as very appealing. We had a room with a garden and soaking tub that gave the place the feel of an expensive boutique hotel for a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included with our room was small but excellent, and we made good use of the bar's happy hour. Superb margaritas!」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「Super atencion desde la llegada, llegue antes de la hora del check inn y nos recibieron super bien nos registraron de inmediato y pudimos pasar a los restaurantes, bares y disfrutar las amenidades y mas tarde a la hora indicada recibimos nuestra habitacion, la comida excelente de buena calidad, las albercas grandes y hermosas, los meseros en general muy bien pero humberto te hace el dia, sabe peefectamente lo q es atencion al cliente ....todo super 」
