「The room was good but had an issue with the bathroom faucet otherwise pretty standard. Mattresses were a bid stiff and not very comfortable but overall resort was great The food and options were plentiful and had a variety. Reservations for the Mexican Italian dinners were easy and we did also pay the $20 per person for the hibachi experience which was well worth it. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH and no extra costs for seating and umbrellas all included no extra cost for cabanas near pools either...

「Hotel photos are very decieving. The rooms were dark, no proper light. There was strange smell and realised in the morning light that the room was full of mould. There was no hot water in the morning. Had to call lobby and get it fixed. There was no shampoo either. Towels were dirty.
