「When getting off the plane in Cancun please avoid people trying to give you a deal at another resort that you are not staying in. They will harass you and try to get you a “good deal” but your resort will offer the same excursions. Viva Maya’s staff was great but a select few were not so great. Checkout kept getting delayed because the system was down. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool entertainment was fun but please less twerking.」
