「The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter area close to a few beaches but further away from the louder parts of Quinta Avenida which was nice but also close enough to the excitement. The room was nice and spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.」

「A great place to just hang out and enjoy your time in Playa. Staff were amazing and helpful at every turn. Restaurants were top notch, especially the Mexican restaurant. Summer seaweed was a constant stinky headache, but that's not the resorts fault, they cleaned it up every morning.」

「We reserved a bungalow and ended up requesting a room change due to rodant droppings on our bed after our first night. Once we were transferred to another room the hot water was not functioning and had to wait until the morning for maintenance to replace. The pool and the jacuzzi were not clean and we choose not to get in. We stayed a total of 8 days and 7 nights and did enjoy a cool room because the a/c functioned excellent. The housekeeping was also exceptional cleaning our room on a daily...
