"Enjoyed our stay except for creaky floor boards (which can't be helped in old buildings), also we paid extra for Premium Parking, on the second day someone else parked on our space and we had to park round the back next to the bins, this was some distance from reception via a narrow, dark footpath. When we complained about the parking we were given a £10 refund."

Fridge unplugged no instructions as to where to find, on hands n knees looking. Kettle hidden away no directions to find, had to hunt. Lamps either side of bed odd lampshades. Cold water never really cold. Found odd bits of housekeeping referring to previous guest. Parked through an app for 26 hours for £8 5 minutes walk away rather...
