"We really loved the hotel for its rooms, amenities, and dining options. The Steakhouse, breakfast in the room and poolside snacks were great. The spa was also exceptional. The only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the front desk charged us $2157 on our 3rd day. When we asked them about it they said that they estimate what they think I would spend on my last day and they will credit me in 3-4 days. We had spent $900 on the spa and food prior to the charge.
