Nice sprawling property. Great for late night strolls with the wife.large rooms with nice accommodation .The only negative would be that the furnishings are a little outdated.I think an update is needed.

This is the second time this year that I have stayed at this hotel and this is the first time that I have seen such an attitude and I want to tell the management what is going on there! People are being cheated out of money and when I asked to see the receipt and my signature supposedly for dinner, they answered me rudely! I have never eaten at the hotel in all these days, they are scammers!

The overall property was lovely. The main issue I had was, I did a solo trip to AZ for my bday. My hotel room was located in the back facing the woods/trees and I made the hotel aware and they assured me that I would be fine. I left it as that because I didn’t want to cause any issues being that I was alone…I did experience a lot A LOT of grasshoppers/crickets in my toilet it was very annoying. The other issue I had was, I soaked my undergarments in the sink (I went to ATV/UTV riding) that was located in the living room like area & when I went to drain the water it leaked out really bad…Other than that the stay was nice. Probably would not book here again thou

This property is a very large older Scottsdale resort. It is beautifully landscaped. We had an unfortunate experience our first night when we discovered that one bed was still dirty and the room was also basically dirty. Without going into all of the details, we brought a long list of issues to the manager on duty. She listened, was apologetic and got us moved to an upgraded 2 story casita. It was clean, quiet and very nice. We enjoyed the rest of our stay without issue. The staff was wonderful.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel often the last few years as a little getaway. This time was our anniversary. When we arrived they accidentally gave us keys and a room to one that was already occupied. I'm glad no one was there because that was embarrassing. Then the front desk could not give us another room that was identical for what we reserved and sleeping accommodations had to be modified. The spare bed they brought was not in the best of shape, the room had some dated furniture and some of the pillows were ripped on the couch. The bathroom doors didn't close very well and needed adjusting. The front door to the room had to be pushed hard for it to close tightly. We will continue to come here but we were not impressed with our situation this time. I don't want to end this on a bad note and just be all negative. The cafe staff member was extremely courteous and kind. The night manager did try to accommodate by taking the deposit off our bill, which I understand is a sign of good faith. The golf cart drivers were all very nice and every staff member we met were nice. The pool and hot tub were nice and it was in a quiet location. We will go back even if it's just to see if this was a bad experience or if this will continue. I do hope it was just a bad experience.
