“24 hours customer service is not good ”

“When booking through Expedia website, the details that were provided for the stay was Jaffna Heritage Hotel but confirmed details showed Jaffna Heritage Villa. Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! In future, I will use other booking platforms so that issues raised are resolved promptly. ”

“Due to the Full-moon celebrations we had made a booking days in advance, which had been confirmed in writing. On the day of arrival when we called the hotel to inform that our train would be an hour late, they claimed we didn’t have a booking. They even put the phone down on us. ”

“A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. ”
