“酒店位置很好，旁边大超市，集市，KFC。距离贾夫拉城堡，图书馆，神庙都很近，方便。但不知道是不是暑假尾声，房费较高，房间小，进房感觉压抑。最不能接受的是，热水忽冷忽热，住了两晚都是这个情况，对于两晚房费接近人民币两千的酒店，这个不能容忍！”

“Mahesa Bhagwan was the highlight of our time in Sri Lanka without a doubt - if you are tossing up whether to book, I hope this review convinces you! I am so happy I booked this place and feel it was absolutely worth every penny - every time we returned after a busy day exploring Jaffna, it felt like coming home to an oasis. It is a simple and beautifully restored house but every detail of your stay is seen to. The staff at Mahesa are an absolute credit to Jetwing, they absolutely made our stay……

“Converted Villa with 4 rooms in Jaffna suburbs. Nicely converted with pool, garden and small dining area. Accommodation roomy but with no natural light. TV with several English language channels - news and other. Good air conditioning and kettle provided. Hosts are helpful and on hand, this is definitely more of a home stay than a hotel. Food is available but needs to be brought in from outside. Breakfasts were good - ordered the night before. Pool is very nice but avoid around 5pm when the……

“Due to the Full-moon celebrations we had made a booking days in advance, which had been confirmed in writing. On the day of arrival when we called the hotel to inform that our train would be an hour late, they claimed we didn’t have a booking. They even put the phone down on us. ”

“We had an amazing stay at The Thinnai! The atmosphere is lovely, with natural trees and plants all around, creating a very green and refreshing environment. It really feels like a little oasis, so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and air-conditioned made our stay really comfortable. A special mention to the fantastic staff! “When booking through Expedia website, the details that were provided for the stay was Jaffna Heritage Hotel but confirmed details showed Jaffna Heritage Villa. Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! In future, I will use other booking platforms so that issues raised are resolved promptly. ”

“A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. ”
