“The property is very nicely maintained. Pool is small but clean. I stayed at the Classic room which was in the original house. Room was big but unfortunately very dark. Windows don't open. Otherwise, the room has everything. Good tea bags. The food at the hotel was good but they charge a lot of money for tax and service fee. That could be avoided. Food was tasty. Breakfast was simple but same thing every day. I recommend a variety and more Sri Lankan choices since this is a heritage hotel. The……

“酒店位置很好，旁边大超市，集市，KFC。距离贾夫拉城堡，图书馆，神庙都很近，方便。但不知道是不是暑假尾声，房费较高，房间小，进房感觉压抑。最不能接受的是，热水忽冷忽热，住了两晚都是这个情况，对于两晚房费接近人民币两千的酒店，这个不能容忍！”

“Mahesa Bhagwan was the highlight of our time in Sri Lanka without a doubt - if you are tossing up whether to book, I hope this review convinces you! I am so happy I booked this place and feel it was absolutely worth every penny - every time we returned after a busy day exploring Jaffna, it felt like coming home to an oasis. It is a simple and beautifully restored house but every detail of your stay is seen to. The staff at Mahesa are an absolute credit to Jetwing, they absolutely made our stay……

“Converted Villa with 4 rooms in Jaffna suburbs. Nicely converted with pool, garden and small dining area. Accommodation roomy but with no natural light. TV with several English language channels - news and other. Good air conditioning and kettle provided. Hosts are helpful and on hand, this is definitely more of a home stay than a hotel. “Due to the Full-moon celebrations we had made a booking days in advance, which had been confirmed in writing. On the day of arrival when we called the hotel to inform that our train would be an hour late, they claimed we didn’t have a booking. They even put the phone down on us. ”

“Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. So diagusting and rude was that. We flew from Far far away ie Toronto and this is so horrible and shocking .first time we ever had to face such a situation at last minute. “Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer war extrem dreckig.”

“The parking area and the drive was muddy. When I came back after dinner around 9.30 pm the Auto dropped me outside the gate and ended up walking in soggy mud to reach the hotel foyer. After that spent about 20 to 30 miniutes cleaning my shoes. Not enough 13 amp socket outlets. Only one socket outlet for mobile router, mobile battery charger, etc. Some corners of the room floor, walls and the ceiling were not cleaned properly. See photos.”
