“This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy. It would of been nice if my AC would of went lower or at least a fan in the room over bed as I like it cold at night but I will be coming back with wifey next time as this was a guys……

“A very relaxing stay! The home was pretty, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed fishing, shelling and snorkeling. Made several visits to "The Frozen Flip Flop" for delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt! The Island was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again, thanks!”

“St James is quiet, perfect for fishing, and feels off the beaten path a bit. We weren’t sure what to expect after the hurricane, and were so pleased with our stay. If you don’t mind the drive to Cape Coral or the nearby beaches, this home is perfect for lazy pool and boating days. I would suggest outlet covers for families. With the house supporting infants and young children, those would’ve been a great add. My only complaint is that the knives for the kitchen were all covered in rust. Not a……

“The property manager Kim was so kind. She responded quickly and provided tons of helpful information about the local area for us! The kayaks and bikes were also lots of fun! We utilized the outside shower nearly daily after long mornings at the beach. This VRBO was very clean and we would definitely love to stay here again!”
