“While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed. One thing to note is, it may not be a good fit for an older person who is prone to falls. I care for my mom, and would not have wanted to bring her here, as most of the rooms are on……

“The Edison Beach House exceeded our expectations, especially given the community is still rebuilding from huricane Ian. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning staff always left us with fresh sheets and towels each day. The location is amazing. You are just steps away from the beach while also being a short walking distance from many area restaurants and shops. Highly recommend supporting this area as they continue to rebuild. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.”

“This review is really not fair as the resort is being restored due to Ian. The unit was very nice and even luxurious but the patio had a thick layer of cement dust and workers were stripping the stucco off scaffolding, destroying our privacy and producing ungodly noise levels. We were given short notice just prior to trip to expect inconvenience, but too short to cancel flights and other reservations. Under other circumstances I would recommend this resort, but at this time I would say go……

“We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. “Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. “We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Villa Alica was a dream. It was fully equip with everything you will need in a home. The home had a resort feel while being a private oasis. The location and views of the canals were picture perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. You do need a car as this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. “This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy. It would of been nice if my AC would of went lower or at least a fan in the room over bed as I like it cold at night but I will be coming back with wifey next time as this was a guys……
