“When I used the bathroom on arrival, the cheap toilet seat broke immediately. I complained to the host via text, and although he said I could use a different apartment on the premises, he failed to indicate there was a time limit for me to move to the other unit - as I had traveled across country to see my father who was dying, there were many things I had to take care of the first day and didn't see the host's late night text because I had fallen asleep. Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. “Property and house was nice. The pool area was private. Our only complaint was reading all the rules they had written down that you are supposed to follow. Example, completely clean the grill or be charged $100. We decided not to use it. Everything needs to be exactly where it was. You are told you need to do some cleaning while there. While I'm sure everyone does that don't like being told I have to. Also says all towels should be cleaned the morning you leave except one dirty one for each……

“We had an absolute amazing time. The property is beautiful and is exactly as described. Our host was very helpful, responsive and made sure our trip was great. “The property was more beautiful than we expected. There was more than enough space to lounge eat or relax. It was so clean we didn’t use the linens or pillows we brought with us. Anything we forgot to bring was in the pantry! And which host leaves us sodas, water and a bottle of great wine?… Richard! “This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy. It would of been nice if my AC would of went lower or at least a fan in the room over bed as I like it cold at night but I will be coming back with wifey next time as this was a guys……
