「For a three star property, this hotel has a lot of amenities. First of all, the property is very clean and feels modern and new. The on-site parking is great and even has a covered garage, which is awesome for hot summer days. The beach is a very short walk, one block down the road. I did get to take advantage of the gym once, which was well stocked and clean. I typically do not take advantage of free hotel breakfast, but I did hear all three mornings of my stay. There were different options...

「This was our 1st visit to Amelia Island..we originally booked with the Mariott but it was expensive as Mariott is. We then changed for a, mom and pop hotel across the street from the Mariott. Saved us $300( ). It was good, cleanliness was excellent. The staff were inviting and sweet..The room had a comfy King bed, and all the amenities we needed..They except pets for a fee. Parking was not a problem. Hot breakfast in the morning was ok.The best thing is location. The Beach is a few minutes walk...

「Right on the beach, need I say more. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Negatives .. they allow smoking outside the rooms which means smoke you have to walk through and smell. 」

「My stay was ok, though clearly under new management from my last stay several years ago. The respect & staff are impressively better! The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the a/c functioned but the air in the room was stale and unplesant. Also the grounds were loud. I was only looking for a place to sleep and it was adequate. It really need updating. It was what I needed for the price I could afford 」
