“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Very nice accommodations. The condo was as described and very clean. Great location to beach and restaurants. You can rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach for a reasonable price. Only feedback was related to the pool/bar area. Not supposed to bring outside food and drinks but while we were there, bartender could not keep up with customers. ”

“The staff was very helpful and the room was extremely comfortable. The door from our room was just steps from the beach and the pool is kept at a very pleasing (warm) temperature. This was our first time staying at Tuckaway Shores, but we will definitely be back... hopefully very soon.”

“This place lived up to the way it was advertised. However, we experienced an instance where our room door “magically” unlocked and while it was unlocked we had another resort guest come into our room thinking it was theirs. It took the manager using a different key card to get the door to lock again. The situation was explained away as “we have a glitch in the locking software, and at times it randomly unlocks doors. “Be careful when booking on expedia. I included my wife and I, and our two 4yos, and it still let me a book a studio with only a queen bed which said it only sleeps two, but i obviously overlooked it because i assumed it wouldnt let me book a room that only sleep two when we have four of us.”
