“friendly staff (rio and francois especially) always cheerful and nice and help whenever they can. we had a great stay and the hotels lication is very well located right next the castel on top of the hill. nothing really to complain, might not be the most luxurious place that you might find but it makes up with the view and the friendly people”

“My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone.
