“This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate. ”

“Great hotel! We stayed there twice in the same room. It’s located in the city center next to a large plaza, within minutes to a metro station. The famous E28 tram line starting station is in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants are near by. We were there during Christmas season, Christmas lights and market are in the plaza, people singing at the plaza too. We were on the 5th floor, with a large bath room with skylights.
