“Our stay at Letoh Letoh was overall good - the staff was friendly and helpful :) Unfortunately, our room had not been cleaned properly as there was residue from cigarettes on the nightstand. Also there was a weird smell in the room as if someone had been smoking in there. We let the staff know and they were apologetic, but we did not receive any form of compensation for this. Also the parking linked to the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, so that is important to note if you have a……

“The hotel is old but provides everything it should offer. The breakfast is good and well-replenished. If the room offers a boiler and a refrigerator would be better. The stairway was dark after reception hour. Better place a light on the stairway .”

“I didn’t like the parking service, when I made the reservation, Expedia confirmed the parking was included and that’s not true. ”

“I arrived at the hotel at 7am getting off an overnight bus from Madrid. I rang the bell three times before getting in as no one answered it. The first thing the reception talked about was me ringing the bell repeatedly and Chinese people being impatient. I tried to tell him I rang the bell twice but no one answered. He didnt listen and his attitude was extremely unfriendly. I tried to check in but he said he could not do it until 1pm. I tried to ask for clarification as it says on hotels.com……

“It is convenient to get there by public transport and near by the main acade for tourist. But if you are expecting some views through the room, this will not be your choice. ”

“チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。 部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。 コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。 小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。 アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。 私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。”
