“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“Water pressure was terrible in the kitchen and shower. Furniture broken. Coffee but No filters for coffee maker. Too expensive for 2-3 hours late check out. ”

“This property was well within my budget! Transportation, grocery stores, and a shopping mall are all a block or two away! Very safe and walkable”

“The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. “Everything was great, except the Queen Size mattress that was way, way too soft and made sleeping uncomfortable. I sent a message to the concierge service, but they were unable to change it during my 6 day stay (possibly due to the Thanksgiving holiday). That said, I would certainly stay there again and the underground parking that was included, made getting in and out of the apartment very convenient. Altogether a great place for a short stay, when visiting the DMV.”
