“Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. “We stayed at Carlton’s apartment for a week. The apartment was nicely furnished with modern features. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. The bathrooms were perfectly fine. The apartment was well heated and the thermostat was easily adjusted.The location in Columbia Heights was super convenient to stores, restaurants and the metro. “The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent.”

“Lovely, clean apartment. Just the right size for the two of us. All our needs were met. Location is excellent - away from the noise, yet close enough for convenience. The Woodley Park Metro station is a couple blocks away and takes you into DC within a few minutes. A number of restaurants are also within a few blocks of the apartment, varying in price range. Amenities in the apartment are aestheticly pleasing, in good working order and comfortable. We were more than satisfied. ”
