“The service was very good, but the first floor was too wet”

“The appeal of staying in a former bank was irresistible, plus it was available last minute when we needed it. Very clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. We would’ve loved to have had more time to use the fire pit and fish-cleaning and grilling area, but we did use the bicycles to bike the trail, immediately adjacent to the bank, to the nature center. It was a nice, easy almost 10 mile round trip. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern shore. Read……

“We enjoy the area and boating in the bay and on the ocean side. The restaurants are good and we generally take a day down at Virginia Beach/Back Bay and a day up at Chincoteague/Assateague. They week we managed four solid days on the water. ”
