The hotel was great, I loved the palm trees right off our balcony. A lot of other hotels at the oceanfront don't have those. It was really clean as well. The pool is very nice, better than what I expected because the website doesn't really emphasize the pool, there's only 1 picture of it. They don't mention the lazy river that goes around the perimeter, which is a big selling point, I think. Very unique pool. However- there were lots of kids without adult supervision. The kids were loud and rowdy- splashing everyone, hitting us with their pool toys on accident, and yelling. Noone was around to control them, for hours- no one from the hotel and no parents. The hot tub was ice cold, colder than the pool. One of the nights, there was a child's birthday party, VERY loud music from someone who brought a speaker, and adults drinking beer out of a cooler. The music was so loud I couldn't talk to my 4 year old daughter without yelling at the top of my lungs. The hotel apparently charged me for parking- $10. Not sure why, and they didn't disclose this either. I checked out 3 weeks ago and the incidentals charge that they took out of my account upon check- in is STILL pending. I called the hotel 2.5 weeks after checkout and the employee said he manually pushed it through, so it should fall off in 3-5 business days. But it hasn't yet, and not sure it will. It seems stuck. He said to call my bank, but they will just tell me to call the hotel. (I work for a bank so I know how it works)
