「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」

「We were really disappointed that the pool bar etc was not open on xmas day - this was not mentioned at the time of booking, as well as we wanted to book in for the xmas day lunch but were advised a day or 2 beforehand that it was fully booked out....only offering pizzas on xmas day was really poor form. We ended up having to go to another resort for xmas day dinner and spend our money there.」
