There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...

「Great location close to surfers but that was the only part that justifies the price. Bbq not working, lights in main ensuite flickering, bath in main ensuite leaked (like literally poured water out of the bottom over the floor) No dryer, glass fence around the pool looks like it is literally going to fall over For $8,500 for a week very poor. There were a couple of minor issues - the undercover car park for this unit in particular was very challenging to get in and out of with our hire car (SUV) and the upstairs bathroom has no door (which is less than ideal when you have 3 kids!).」
