"Our room was clean and comfortable. The room size is very small, but sufficient when traveling with my 3 kids. The shower room was spacious!"

"So close to a train station & just a quick walk to KYOTO station. Lots of shops & eateries nearby! Check in was smooth. I could leave my luggage with them hours before my check in. The rest & dining area was spacious, a mix of cafe & library with many books about Japan to browse at your own time. The room is super comfy with a compact sink. Toilet is near the lift. Shower & the compact but lovely public bath is on level 1. "

"The private room was quite large and the service was excellent. I love that they have an assortment of board games in the common area, as well as a dart board! Minor gripes: * There are only two washing machines and two dryers. On at least two occasions I had to reschedule my laundry chores because both were occupied at the time. "No staff it’s hard to check in because it’s different confirmation we don’t know where can i call and ask. Im thankful to the other guest a japanese how they call the staff to call to get confirmation code.you need to post your phone number in the front to easy call you."

"Centrally located easy walk to motomachi station, shopping and the port. Rooms outdated, walls need a good clean, neverthe less comfortable. Beautiful bath and sauna area ideal for soking after a day of adventure"

"I am nit picking here but, there is only one elevator for a 10 building hotel. So if you have someone with a handicap or wheelchair it is difficult and takes a long time especially during peak hours and check in/out times. Lastly, the closest smoking section is about 3 blocks away, so that was a big inconvenience."
