"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it. "

"A really great family hotel near subway and just 2 blocks away from the popular Shinsaibashisuji Kita Shopping Arcade, a grand shopping street which stretches across a full 15 blocks from Chuo-Odori to Sennichimae-Dori where right at the end of this shopping street is the renowned Glico man in Dotonburi. Therefore, you simply do all your shopping here without having to carry bags full of stuff on a train. Staff here can speak English very well and very helpful with everything you ever needed...

"Our room was very spacious. I shared the room with my mom and we got the room with a double bed and a twin bed on a bunk. There was lots of room for us to hang out. Loved the included breakfast although I wish there was a little more variety thru the week. It can get old. Free afternoon drinks and popsicles were a plus. Joe was amazing. Great location for USJ

"Great location, close to Universal Studios Japan and Citywalk, as well as the station. We used ths hotel as a base for our stay in Osaka. The room size was adequate, it was a little tight for the 4 of us (2A, 2C) but it had 4 beds in it. There weren't any cupboards or drawers either, which meant we had to keep all our things in our suitcases and had to keep opening them, but I think this is common in Japanese hotels! The bathroom was very large and the shower room was great. Overall we enjoyed our time here."
