"Hotel is beautiful, service is A easy access to public transport and location was not hectic it was beautiful and peaceful. Our view was overlooking Osaka Castle and riverside with spectacular views. No free in-house laundry but we found a close 24hr one called (smile laundromat) both wash/dry machines while waiting we went to royal host restaurant across road for dinner. So it was a win. "Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"I feels like staying in a 5 star hotel 😃, very spacious for a superior twin room. Exactly like what I shown in their pictures. Just 1 min to 7-11 and about 5 mins walk to train station. Free facial mask, eye mask, bath soak powder and free serving of coffee or tea or fruit water at the lobby. My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. "A fantastic experience! The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, amazing after a long day of exploring. Room was incredibly clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The room was small, which was expected, but it was just enough space. It's walkable to the nearest station and local restaurants, very convenient. The onsen was one of my favourite aspects; the facility was always clean. I loved staying here and would consider staying here again in the future."
