The staff and property itself were very good. The location is very convenient to Kyoto train station. My only reason for not giving 5 stars all around is for very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Was convenient next to Kyoto Station. They held my bags until check in. Room was a very good size (as a solo traveller). Unlimited tea and amenities available.
