"Nice clean hotel with large, clean rooms and hot water. Near the airport, decent amenities including fridge in the room, air con, TV and large bathroom. Slightly dated and faded condition, pillows a little flat but otherwise comfortable. Towel policy is very strict however, my wife spilt a spot of makeup on the hand towel and they charged her $15 for it. The face flannel had a lot of makeup so the $5 charge for that was reasonable, but $15 for the hand towel seemed excessive."

"By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the city of Guatemala. We’ve stayed in 4 different ones nearby and this has exceeded our expectation. The other hotels are nice but the bed was always hard and that’s a big deal breaker. We’d leave hurting from our backs and hips after staying in those hotels.
