Sean (front desk agent) delivered First Class Service from the very moment I walked in the door. Sean went above and beyond not only accommodating my early check in to NOPSI but extended me one of the kindest gestures given by a hotel. He upgraded (complimentary) my room to the most AMAZING suite I have ever stayed in while visiting my hometown. The amenities were immaculate, rooftop view and access were beyond breathtaking. Sean's customer service and pleasantries are the epitome of what the great city of New Orleans stand for. I will forever be grateful for the warmth, kindness and TOP NOTCH experience at NOPSI.
