We had 14 in our geoup and there was plenty of space! The pool and hot tub were amazing. We would stay here on any trip. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed an answer to something. 100% a great place to stay. 」

「Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. 「We were 6 guys staying at the property. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was a very nice sitting area to enjoy our morning coffee with a TV to catch March Madness. The pool/hot tub area was also a nice area to relax in the morning recapping the night. The area can be a bit noisy at night with some other residence of the neighborhood walking around. However, once inside you felt safe, it was gorgeous with hard wood floors and very nicely decorated. The location was about a mile...

「Two kids loved the house. They went on fishing charter and caught 34 fish redfish, trout and a big catfish. Loved the swamp tour on the airboat. Large alligators and raccoons came very close to the boat. Six adults and two children. Close to New Orleans but very quiet and relaxing area with great views from all the decks. We will be back soon. Karen the property manager a pleasure to work with.」
