I had a below-average experience staying at the Old 77 Hotel. When we checked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Several lamps weren’t working, and despite informing the front desk, no one came to address the issue or followed up until the next morning. The noise from outside was constant and made it nearly impossible to get any sleep. Additionally, this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide a kettle for hot water in the room. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this property.
