View from room was a brick wall of the building next door. Beds and rooms are very small. Not a child friendly hotel. Beds have "adult" straps. Tray with "adult" items for "adult" activities in room. Expedia will not let me leave a review actual words. Bogus.

We stayed in an interior room without windows and loved the silence and complete darkness when we slept. The decor was fresh and updated. My only complaint was the lack of coffee in the room and the cafe downstairs didn't open until after 7 or 8. We left NOLA without our morning coffee, big bummer. Other than that small detail we loved our stay and will return again soon.

Overall the hotel is in a great location, convenient for business, fun, or both. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the overall aesthetic was great. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was simplistic but stylish and was clean. My biggest issue was the sheets felt and sounded like vinyl, making sleep less comfortable than I would have liked. Personally I didn’t mind this, but outside my window was a tiny space between buildings and absolutely no sunlight. I didn’t mind but this may bother others! Overall it was a safe comfortable place to stay in a convenient location!

Location is perfect hotel staff and restaurant are great. Attention to detail is Lacking a bit. Check into the room and was welcomed by a sock of the previous hotel stayer. Room was clean I guess they miss that detail. But all an all I would stay again. Maybe update bed sheets a little rough for my liking but had a good experience. Would not mind staying again if the little details are ironed out. Thank you.

Check in was great! The ONLY nice and welcoming person was the female AA that checked us in on 1/10/25 around 8:30ish. She was really nice and even told us about parking and the best places to park. Service started out GREAT until I asked for clean towels after our first night stay. After our volleyball tournament and getting dinner, we arrived back at the hotel 10:55pm. Upon entering the hotel I stopped at the front desk for more complimentary bottle water and clean towels. I received the bottle waters and was told that she (AA with dreads tightly curled) would go up and get more towels and bring them and to put my old towels outside of my room door. After 30 mins past I called the front desk and a male answered and said that he would get them to me. After about 15mins past, I called back because I still haven’t received clean towels. He was VERY RUDE and sarcastic when I explained how long I had been waiting and I asked if I could just come get the towels. He told me he didn’t have anything for me to come get and said he’s sent the request and that’s all he could do. I was still talking and he hung the phone up in my face. It’s now midnight so I go down to the front desk to see what was going on. The AA male with dreads informed me that he had put the request in the system and called housekeeping. I explained that a paying guest shouldn’t have to wait that long for clean towels. He said it takes two to tango and said to put it in my review. He gave 3 hand towels & a rug!

We loved this hotel. I'm into boutique hotels and this one did not disappoint! Great location... walkable to the stadium, Canal Street, the aquarium, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door Compere Lapin was the best!!! Will definitely stay here on our next visit to NOLA.
