"My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but...

"Very good room, solid bed and facilities. Had a great view of the room opposite out of my window so didn’t have the curtains up for the stay. House keeping came in everyday to make the bed and change the towels. Didn’t remove any rubbish during stay except for what was left after the first night. I had spilt a bit of juice on the bed nothing major approx a drop, sheet were just flipped over never changed. "

"When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Sona and all the staff were just as terrific- Zack and the others too. If I needed anything they responded within minutes! I enjoyed having a kitchenette- everything one would need during the stay. The unit was clean and a good location too. My daughter will be going to a grad program here in London so when I return to visit this is definitely where I will book again!"

"Our stay was amazing. We had a view of the Tower of London and it was beautiful at night. Our room was nice and large for Europe and always cleaned well.
