"What a great time we had here. The room was beautiful and the view of the river Thames was stunning!! We had a suite with the full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Chino Latino, twice…it was so delicious and we enjoyed the live entertainment. We also enjoyed a lovely meal via room service. Next time we visit London we will definitely stay here!! 10/10 recommend "

"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. "Really home from home stay. Its not flashy and not pretentious. Comfortable toom and staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. Its location is ideal. 5 min walk from Hyde Park and another 20 min walk to knightsbrige for the shops, then easy walk up to westminstervand the palace. Paddington station is literaly around the corner if you dont fancy the walk and its on the central line (yellow) and 10 min tube ride to Victoria "
