"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money. "
