"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "There were a few things here and there like a drippy shower at night and motel-like outer appearance, but overall it was pretty nice. The rooms seemed recently renovated and were inviting with tasteful color and board games which we enjoyed. Though there wasn't a dresser, there were hangers and a laundry basket for convince which we appreciated. The location was pretty convenient for travel to and from Disney."
