There was difficulty at check in. Not sure if it was Expedia’s fault or the hotel’s fault, but the hotel was able to resolve it. Inside the rooms were clean, but the exterior of the buildings was run down and the stairways were dirty. From the couch of our room, we could smell marijuana smoke and had to move the kids to the bedroom. We believe it was coming from the room next to us. The floors and walls are thin, and we could hear everything going on around us, including running around upstairs. Our kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark though, and the king bed was comfortable. The kids also enjoyed that the room had bunk beds and asked to go back.

500 bucks for 2 nights got me a toilet that didnt work. Backed up with every flush. Had to call maintenance everytime we went to the bathroom. There were not enough chairs available for the over crowded water park. All drinks and food were very expensive and not very good for that kind of money. Everyone kept wanting a tip even though you had served yourself.

We will return..... Pros: Our family visited spent 4 days and 3 nights. Great place for kids! Affordable Ubers. Beds are very comfortable. Family Karaoke,💯. Poolside games are fun and the Gatorman show. Good ice cream, breakfast buffet. All of the staff was friendly. Go see GiGi for some great Hispanic food in the food court! Pool area was clean. Cons: Arcade games not included with resort fee but won't break the bank Bring walking shoes. Like all resorts a lot of walking is involved.i think we got 5,000 steps the first day. Walls are a little thin. We were in a King Suite and I could her my grandkids in the suite behind us. Movie theater has a smell to it. Few quiet areas to escape Cleaning was inconsistent in the 2 suites I reserved. The bathtub was not cleaned in my suite the entire stay but my daughter's room was really clean and they even left a nice towel decoration on the bed the first day.

The movie theatre was hot, attendants were scarce unless you call for help from customer service. Extra charges that didnt match the services such as food. But the staff that were available was amazing and the fact that the customer service checks in with you via text throughout your stay.

Hope this review can help others! Pros: everyone was extra nice, the place was clean everywhere, every time I requested something I got help right away. Entertainment and things to do within were great as well. Food at the restaurants was good. The pool/waterpark was a couple steps away from my suite and my kids loved it! We had 3 tvs in our suite and all the appliances worked as they should. Room was cool and comfortable. Bathroom was replenished with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Clean towels and bedding as well. Cons: you have to pay 20ish dollars per day for parking which is silly and should be included. Also $49 per day for extra fees- WiFi, shuttles to Disney (which we didn’t use) and not sure what else but I wish they worked that price into the quote. Everything was clean but the walls in the kids room and the bunk bed was stained/not quite cleaned. Recommended quiet time starts at 10p but our neighbors were loud past 1am one of the days we stayed there making it hard for some of us to sleep! We didn’t use the hot tub because it was full of kiddos at any given time. No silverware or plates so if you plan on using the kitchen, plan on bringing that. Overall I would come back and book this resort, we had a comfortable stay and would also recommend it if you have other plans and just plan on doing the waterpark 1-2 days. Close to Disney and many other attractions!

The size of the room was smaller than expected. I didn't care for all the hidden fees, especially when I added an extra night through the front desk. Then there were bugs in the tub that had to be sprayed and my kids and I obtained bug bites from something in the beds. As a result we had to ask for the linen to be changed someone to spray the room.

Our stay was great. However there aren’t enough chairs for the pool area. This was a really big issue for me. Also, the food options need to expand. A buffet at night or for lunch would be helpful. Other than that we had a wonderful time! The bed was very comfortable.
