“Fireflies and Moonshine Cabin - Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Fireflies and Moonshine in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans to a coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. The fireplace was definitely the highlight of our stay, creating a cozy atmosphere, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree set up—it added a special holiday touch! “The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Customer service & amenities were off the charts. Rooms were comfortable including the bed. Ample # elevators throughout the property allowing access to areas without having to use specific areas. The main restaurant was so good that we dined there several times. Service & food was excellent. Ask for a server named Lulu—she anticipated our needs & was incredibly friendly. Access to self-parking was close & trolleys were available. The entire hotel was very clean & accommodating. Would definitely……
